          Sheet metal bending is a metal processing technique that transforms a straight sheet metal part into an angled component by causing permanent deformation. The process can be divided into three categories: local bending, closed bending, and embossing bending.

          Local bending: The method for right bending and obtuse angle bending is to select an upper mold below 88 degrees and a lower mold with V=12t (groove width V, material thickness T).

          Closed bending: Use the method of bending at right angles and obtuse angles of 90 degrees. Select V=6-12t for the near bending lower mold.

          Bending: Use a 90 degree upper die for right angle bending. (Standard right angle bending). The bending lower mold is selected with V=5-6t.

          To increase the bending speed during sheet metal processing, the gear switch can be operated in a single or continuous state, but for safety reasons, it is usually only used in a single action. When bending long parts, the angle in the middle is usually very large. We can adjust the CC axis to change the angle in the middle to achieve the same angle as the left and right sides.
